While this year was certainly different for all of us, we’re very appreciative of forging ahead and connecting wonderful people to wonderful new homes throughout 2020. We put safeguards in place for the buying experience to ensure people could still find the homes of their dreams with peace of mind and ease. Two of our beautiful townhome communities sold out: Villa Amor in Fullerton and Vista Bella in Murrieta. Bria in Garden Grove is also selling fast too. It’s got a central Orange County location that’s ideal. We’ve also been working hard to bringing you new communities for next year. Townes at Magnolia in Anaheim is slated to open in 2021 in addition to One•Seven•Eight in Gardena. In 2020, we were awarded Developer of the Year by the city of Stanton. It was quite an honor.
