Homeowner Happy Hours are back in full swing at Melia Homes communities, right in time to defeat the heat and end yet another beautiful SoCal summer on a high note. Melia Homes welcomed homeowners at One Seven Eight and Moneta Pointe to mix and mingle with their neighbors on Wednesday, August 24th at the One Seven Eight pool! We welcomed neighbors from both communities to mix and mingle, and a few even made a splash in the pool! With such an amazing turnout, it was a blast hosting this intimate and meaningful event to celebrate the homeowners of our newest communities in Gardena! This special event had tasty bites provided by Suzanne’s Catering, suburb music selections by DJ Arturo, stunning photography by Grant Terzakis, and vibrant energy from all who attended.

To be in their community, bring people together, and see everyone with their families in a relaxed setting was so much fun.
