Homeowner Happy Hour is a Huge Hit at One Seven Eight

Homeowner Happy Hours are back in full swing at Melia Homes communities, right in time to defeat the heat and end yet another beautiful SoCal summer on a high note. Melia Homes welcomed homeowners at One Seven Eight and Moneta Pointe to mix and mingle with their neighbors on Wednesday, August 24th at the One Seven Eight pool! We welcomed neighbors from both communities to mix and mingle, and a few even made a splash in the pool! With such an amazing turnout, it was a blast hosting this intimate and meaningful event to celebrate the homeowners of our newest communities in Gardena! This special event had tasty bites provided by Suzanne’s Catering, suburb music selections by DJ Arturo, stunning photography by Grant Terzakis, and vibrant energy from all who attended.

“I felt like I was coming home! I loved seeing neighbors gathering now that they have moved in! To be in their community, bring people together, and see everyone with their families in a relaxed setting was so much fun. One Seven Eight is a beautiful community, and it was so nice to see how it’s taken shape. Buyers were so excited to get together with their neighbors and to meet some people they hadn’t met just yet. Bringing Moneta Pointe buyers over as well was such a delight, seeing the blend of two amazing communities! We have such a great group of residents in both neighborhoods, and I’ve enjoyed being a part of them both. It’s exciting to help families attain the dream of home ownership,” says Arlene Mastandrea, community sales manager at both One Seven Eight and Moneta Pointe.
