Dear Homeowners,

We are happy to announce that in alignment with the new Phase 2 guidelines for re-opening California we will begin to start our warranty work on Monday, May 18th. In order to remain safe, sensitive and responsible to all we will have strict safety guidelines outlined below:

  • Social Distancing: Maintain a distance of 6 feet at all times.
  • Masks/Coverings: Both Homeowner and Melia staff must wear face coverings until further phases announced.
  • Shoe Protectants: The wearing of disposable booties at all times while inside homes and discarded upon exit to protect homeowners.
  • Surgical Gloves: The wearing of disposable gloves at all times while inside homes and discarded upon exit.

These safety guidelines will be upheld to protect our homeowners as well as our Melia staff. If you are not yet comfortable with having Melia staff inside of your home with the aforementioned guidelines please let us know and we will make schedule adjustments accordingly to respect your wishes.
